Kinetic: A Dance Film Festival Vol. 3
Kinetic is a community-oriented platform diving into how movement storytelling is captured through the lens. We return for Volume 3 with 10 brand-new dance films made in 2025 that cover a wide range of film techniques, movement styles, and storytelling themes.
Co-hosted by Ishita Mili, MJ Abiva, Justin Monte. Produced by IMGE Dance.
Each film will be followed by a Q&A with the creative team. Post-viewing, the space will be opened into a freestyle and mingle session featuring an interactive AI video display. Popcorn, snacks, and beverages available.

SF: HEALING WORKSHOP by Neha Deshmukh and Ishita Mili
This two-hour workshop is an introduction to holistic healing through movement, combining both psychotherapeutic group processing with dance exercises (accessible to all levels, regardless of previous experience) in order to support an increased sense of wholeness and grounding in the body and an alignment with the self. Instructors Neha Deshmukh, a licensed clinical psychotherapist, and Ishita Mili, artistic director and choreographer of IMGE Dance, will lead participants through a series of activities including reflective prompts, group shares, and embodied exploration.
The theme of this workshop is INTUITION: What is it, how we find it, what blocks it, and how we harness it in service of the life and experiences we want to cultivate.
