This intensive will allow for sequential development and monitored growth through personalized feedback and repetition. If you are looking to be able to track your growth, connect your body to your emotions, and want more detailed feedback/advice to get towards your dance goals, this intensive is for you. The foundation and performance combination will use movement vocabulary from Mayurbhanj chhau, house, hip hop, and bharatanatyam while applying larger intuitive lessons from nature. Day 1: Saturday, November 15, 12:00pm-3:00pm

• 12:00-12:50pm - Full-Body Conditioning

• 12:50-1:50pm - Foundation Development (Chhau, House, Hip Hop, Bharatanatyam)

• 1:50-2:50pm - Combo Building

• 2:50-3:00pm - HW + Cool Down

Day 2: Sunday November 16, 2:00-5:00pm

• 2:00-2:50pm - Full-Body Conditioning

• 2:50-3:50pm - Foundation Development (Chhau, House, Hip Hop, Bharatanatyam)

• 3:50-4:50pm - Combo Building

• 4:50-5:00pm - HW + Cool Down

Day 3: Monday, November 17, 6:30-9:30pm

• 6:30-7:20pm - Full-Body Conditioning

• 7:20-8:00pm - Intro to Storytelling

• 8:00-9:20pm - Performance Practice

• 9:20-9:30pm - Closing Notes
