Ishita Mili is a NJ/NY-based director, choreographer, educator, and iconoclast. Her classes provide an elemental approach to global movement and therapeutic storytelling. Class deconstructs foundations from hip hop, bharatanatyam, house, to chhau and reintegrates them into creative choreography that focuses on technique and expression.

Class is open level to all movers and explorers, providing a necessary challenge no matter where you are in your dance journey.
