A new duo by Ishita Mili and Krishna Basude, SYZYGY explores the primal push and pull between hyperfeminine and hypermasculine, and good and evil. Through an explosive fusion of chhau, house, capoeira, hip hop, and bharatanatyam, this dynamic narrative of love and war unfolds against an otherworldly soundscape and immersive video art. SYZYGY was developed through a residency at Tempe Center Arts.
