RASTAR KATHA

Urban Indian dance drama (2018)

Rastar Katha ("Street Talk") tells the stories of our desi brothers and sisters from across the globe - the stories that come from the streets. Through dance and theater, IMGE presents a unique production that shares stories collected from marginalized South Asian communities all over the world. Although we all come from different backgrounds, we can often relate to the same underlying stories, morals, and values through personal connection. What can you see when you meet someone from a different street?
